Tell us which subject interests you and what you would like to be able to do. Include your current experience and whether you have already looked at a course outline. You can ask about the starting level, required device or software, class arrangements and practice activities.

Before making a commitment, confirm the relevant cohort’s fees, schedule, available places and completion requirements with the academy. Use the course comparison and admissions guide to prepare your questions.

Include your registered email, course name and a short description of the problem in your private message to academy support. Explain which page or activity you were using, what you expected and what happened instead. If an error appeared, quote the message or share a screenshot with personal information covered.

If you attended classes previously, mention the course and cohort so staff can review the relevant record. Account creation alone does not confirm enrollment or course completion. For questions about an assignment, include its title and check the instructions in your student portal.

Never send your password, one-time login code, API key or another student’s details. Check the Help Centre for common access questions before sharing account information. The privacy notice explains how website information is handled.
