Access and course questions
Creating an account and receiving course access are separate steps. If a course is missing, contact the academy with your registered email and course name so staff can check your enrollment. Never share your password or one-time login code.
Follow the instructions shown for each lesson, assignment and assessment. For help finding an activity or accessing your certificate, use the Help Centre. New students can review the admissions steps before requesting enrollment.
