How it works from enrollment to completion
Find your path
Explore the courses and speak with us about the right starting point.
Join your cohort
Create an account and request enrollment. We confirm suitability, class arrangements and any fees before approval.
Learn and practice
Find your lessons, scheduled classes and recordings in your student portal. Complete activities and receive feedback.
Show what you know
Pass the required assignments and assessments. When every course requirement is met, your completion certificate becomes available.
When does course access begin?
Creating an account and requesting enrollment are separate steps. The academy must approve access before your enrolled course activities appear in the student portal. If a course is missing, contact support with your registered email and course name.
How is progress recorded?
For a lesson with an assigned video, watch the full recording in the portal before using Mark complete. Skipping to the end does not complete the required viewing. Other activities follow the instructions shown for that task.
Submit assignments through their assignment area, then check the feedback and result. If a revised submission is allowed, the portal offers that option. Before starting a quiz, check its pass mark, time limit and attempt allowance. A timed attempt continues while you are away, so start when you are ready.
How do certificates work?
Your completion certificate becomes available once the required course activities and assessments are passed. Share its code or QR link through certificate verification to let someone check its current record status.
Already attended THSM Tech classes? Create your account and share its registered email with the academy. Staff can enroll you and review previous completion for certificate access. Creating an account alone does not confirm completion. The Help Centre covers access and activity questions.
