How to use student reviews

Look for feedback that explains what the student studied, which activities helped and what they found challenging. A specific example is more useful than a rating alone. Consider whether the reviewer’s interests and starting experience match your own, and check the course details before making a decision.

Reviews describe individual experiences. They do not guarantee a particular result, income or career outcome. For current course topics, availability, fees and class arrangements, refer to the course catalogue and confirm the details with the academy.

Share useful course feedback

If you are a THSM Tech student, sign in to your account and use the review form for an eligible course. Describe your own experience in your own words. You can discuss the clarity of explanations, the usefulness of assignments, the support you received and what could be improved.

Keep your review respectful and relevant to the course. Do not include phone numbers, email addresses, passwords, private messages or another student’s personal information. Use the Help Centre for account access, enrollment and certificate questions rather than posting private support details in a public review.

Before you enroll

Compare the available courses, read the admissions steps and ask about anything that is unclear. Student feedback is one part of choosing a course; the subject, requirements and arrangements should also suit your goals.
